You must be at the port at least 1 hour before the departure and check in. We recommend that you be at the port 2 hours before on special days such as holidays and New Year’s Eve due to the intensity of passport controls.

You can get your boarding pass on the day of the trip by showing your voucher and passport at the ferry company kiosk in the port, either one way or two way. If you want to get your boarding pass before the day of the trip, you can get it by checking in at the ferry company offices. *In case of loss of the boarding pass, the procedures of the relevant company apply.

Ferry ticket date changes and open bookings are made within the framework of the rules of the relevant ferry company. These rules are communicated to you in the rules section before purchasing the ticket you have chosen and your approval is obtained. Within the framework of the distance contracts regulation, ferry tickets cannot be refunded.
